Terms:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all work and balances are due upon completion. All balances shall be paid in full within 10 days of notification either written or verbal, otherwise interest will accrue at 1.5% per month plus a $2.00 a day storage fee per item. Items left over 90 days from notification either written or verbal shall become the property of Racks N Tracks Taxidermy and subject to sale at our discretion. The above price does not include any repair, cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, etc.. Any disassembly or assembly will be done fully at owner's risk. The above price does not include shipping, handling, packaging, etc.. Racks N Tracks Taxidermy and its employees have no control over any item prior to receiving it for dipping. Owner understand this is a water process an Owner's item as described on this work order will be fully submerged in water at owners risk, therefore Racks N Tracks Taxidermy cannot be held responsible for damage caused by this process. Should Racks N Tracks Taxidermy have to engage council to enforce this agreement or any of their rights here under the owner will be responsible for all attorneys' fees and any an all other related charges. The signature below absolves Racks N Tracks Taxidermy and its employees from responsibility for acts beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, Fire, Theft, Power outages, equipment, failures, material failure, ect.. A deposit received by Racks N Tracks Taxidermy will have the same affect and meaning as a written signature. A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.
